This unfiltered Single Grain Malt Whiskey presents a balance of toasted oak and hints of vanilla, caramel, toffee, and butterscotch flavors blended with hidden spice undertones that reveal themselves towards the end. Aging in ex-cognac casks and the well-balanced combination of local six-row barley “Kythrea” and wheat varieties make a unique recipe that offers a rich, full-bodied grain whiskey, the only one that is malted, fermented, distilled and aged in Cyprus!

Taste: Full-bodied, slight smoke in the mouth, citrus, and dried raisins. This whiskey is smooth and at the same time rich in flavor!
Finish: Long, hearty with a wonderfully spicy finish.
