Aristides Distilling is proud to be at the forefront of the Cyprus Whisky movement with our “Kythrea” whisky series brand. Continuing this path, we present the first Single Malt Cyprus Whisky, born from our local six-row barley variety, “Kythrea”. Malted, mashed-in, fermented, distilled, and aged in ex-bourbon American oak casks at our distillery in Tseri, Nicosia, this unique whisky has a deep color with ruby tones, a rich-aromatic nose, and a smooth, fruity, sweet, zesty character, making this first of its kind Single Malt Whisky, a must-try!

Our internationally awarded “Kythrea” Single Malt Cyprus Whisky truly expresses craftsmanship, offering a rich and complex experience in every sip. Its golden amber hue entices the senses with aromas of butterscotch, caramel, and vanilla, complemented by hints of dried fruit and spices.
